I've always known that I have been given opportunities from my family that I would never have been able to do on my own, but this one may top them all. I can never show my parents how grateful I am to be able to pick up and move to Africa for a couple months. I am truly blessed. I appreciate them always being 100% supportive of the adventures my brother, sister, and I take and being our biggest fans in all of our endeavors. We will all have great stories to share with each other and our own children someday.
I am also blessed to have so many great friends and sisters who are excited for me to have this experience and who will be there for me when I return.
One of my greatest blessings is my boyfriend, Cory. I can't believe we are going to be apart for eight weeks, but his support of this experience is going to make it even better. I can't wait until we can have our own travel experiences together in the future.
